We are planning on moving to Florence next year and we are so grateful for the help that already Tuscan Feeling is providing to us. We met with them three days on a row this past June and they showed us several properties. Which Real Estate agency would do that not knowing if we are moving for sure? I was lucky enough to be able to come and see the girls in Florence, and frankly this apartment was ideal for our two students! Perfectly located, close to the monuments to see, 15 minutes from their school ! And a beautiful interior decoration, modern and functional. The girls were sad to leave Florence, they will have fond memories and the desire to come back ! Me too, by the way! Adriana, we had a wonderful time in Tuscany , thank you. Many thanks for all your efforts in co-ordinating our guests and the two meals. Everyone had a fantastic time. We were all particularly impressed with Palchetto. It wasn't a hotel that we had planned to visit when we came over last May and if you remember we only managed to see the terrace with you as there was a wedding going on that day. We were absolutely delighted with our rooms and the setting of Palchetto. The meal on Friday was perfect and we received a lot of praise for the food. They were also very tolerant of us on the Sunday night as we had a party by the pool in the evening

Together with a friend, I rented an apartment in Florence through Tuscan Feeling. After having much difficulty securing an apartment, I found Tuscan Feeling to be the most trustworthy agency, as well as the most willing to answer our numerous questions prior to settling in Italy. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the always-smiling Cecilia, who is not only genuine and caring, but also very generously carried my extremely heavy suitcase up three flights of stairs - yes elevators are hard to come by in Italian buildings! Furthermore, when entering the apartment it was soon evident that we had not been mislead by the pictures available on the Internet. The apartment was immaculate, extremely clean, generously stocked with cleaning products and ready for us to move-in. It's fair to say that it far exceeded our expectations. Throughout our four month stay in Florence, all the staff at Tuscan Feeling were not only extremely professional, but willing to help us with any problems we encountered, at any time of day and even helped us with problems completely unrelated to the apartment. In addition to this, we always found their pricing to be honest and fair. Having experienced the perfect apartment in Florence, it's sure to say we would never use any other company apart from Tuscan Feeling. We have a great admiration and respect for the company and the relationship we developed with Alberto, Adriana and the rest of the team at Tuscan Feeling will always be greatly appreciated and not forgotten.

Moving to a foreign country when English is not their first language and then dealing with bureaucracy in Italy, you will need all the help you can get! If finding a new home is high on your priorities then look no further than Tuscan Feeling. The owners, Elena and Adriana plus their amazing staff will be your first and only stop! They found us an amazing apartment in the heart of Firenze, they organised connection of all the utilities ( trust me that's not an easy feat in italy) then arranging the change of residenza and THEN helping with applying for the Carta Di Identità they were a godsend ????.....BTW we received our identity card within a couple of weeks of applying; This was because of Elena's help and advice- Thank You Elena:) Also, most real estate companies once they have you signed up you never hear from them again.... This is not the case with Tuscan Feeling, they kept on following up to see if we were settled and if there were any issues. If there were problems they resolved them very quickly.....11 out of 10 for Elena,Adriana and Tuscan Feeling :)
