In the northern part of Tuscany, on the slopes of the hills full of vineyards and olive groves, is the small town of Vinci, about 50 kilometers west of Florence. Vinci is the birthplace of the artist Leonardo, and here is the Leonardian Library, the international center of Leonardian studies, and the municipal Leonardo Museum of Vinci, an admirable medieval fortification dating back to the 11th century. Visited every year by 130,000 people, the Museo Leonardiano is one of the most important and popular museums in Tuscany. In Vinci there is also the ideal Leonardo da Vinci Museum, dedicated to the study of the relevance of the figure of Leonardo and the complexity of his work as an artist, scientist, inventor and designer. The ancient village is surrounded by a characteristic fortress wall with an ovoid design that follows the shapes of the hills and the now historic torrents that flowed along the valleys.

In the heart of the city walls on the first floor of a typical Tuscan building completely renovated and refurbished, the proposed apartment is located, served by the characteristic shops and clubs of the town.

The independent entrance leads to the first floor to the large living area of about 50 square meters with sofas and dining area, small kitchenette with vaulted ceiling with brick tiles fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and plates. From the living room area you access the mezzanine with a study area and a sitting area. Also in the loft area there is a boiler room and a windowed laundry room with a connecting single room.

The sleeping area consists of a double room with attached bathroom with forced ventilation, second double bedroom, master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and a single bedroom The property includes a private and fenced outdoor paved area overlooking the main road. Very bright due to the presence of large and numerous windows and thanks to the views on three sides (street, inner courtyard and garden of the villa in front).
