Oak trees , cypress trees and olive groves surround the villa with a splendid view that extends to the wine yards of the hills of Impruneta. The villa permits its guests to enjoy a stay in full privacy and tranquillity, immersed in nature. This area is a starting point of the famous Chiantigiana road which crosses the most beautiful small villages of the Tuscan Chianti area and reaches Siena. The nearest village, Impruneta, is at a distance of 1 km where there are several grocery stores, banks, and a pharmacy while the village of Strada in Chianti is at a distance of 6 km and Grassina is at 4 km. Small shops and excellent restaurants are all over the area as well as in the villages of the “Chiantigiana” street, the former main road connecting Florence and Siena. The “Firenze Sud” (Florence South) exit of the A1 highway is at only 8 km.

The villa has 2 floors and it is furnished with care and style. In the garden, there is a beautiful swimming pool of 12 x 6 m which is at disposal of all the guests of the villa and of the apartments, characterised by garden of olive groves of the property .There is also a washing machine that can be used by all guests.
