In the village of San Polo in Chianti, nestled in the valley of the Ema stream, there is this villa surrounded by a large garden, built in the 1960s. The town can be easily reached via a road that crosses the Florentine Chianti, to reach the Upper Arno valley, between Grassina and Figline Val D'Arno. In the small town there are shops for everyday needs, the post office and an excellent restaurant. The town of Grassina is 10 km away while Figline, with large supermarkets, can be reached in 12 km.

The villa, built in the early 1960s, is spread over two floors and sits on a slope of the land, with access on both floors to the large garden that surrounds it.
