Located between Florence and Siena, reachable in about 30 minutes, via the highway that connects them, in the renowned Chianti area, rich in art, churches, medieval villages, there is this typical Tuscan house, where you can rediscover the charm of ancient times. Immersed in the green hills of Chianti dotted with vineyards and olive groves, the house is located in a small cluster of farmhouses, together with an ancient church of San Lorenzo.

In this relaxing and unique environment, shaped by years of history, guests can find this farmhouse dating back to 1400, renovated respecting the old materials: Tuscan terracotta, exposed beams, stone walls, old fireplace.

Two apartments have been arranged and furnished with rustic, simple but comfortable furniture, with a private garden, where guests can stay in total tranquility. In the nearby towns of Tavarnelle (2 km), Certaldo (6 km) and Montespertoli (10 km), all just a few minutes away, there are supermarkets, sports centres, typical restaurants, car and bicycle rental and a bus service to the city of Florence.

The apartment is on two floors and comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with sofa and an ancient fireplace that is still functioning, a kitchenette (4 burners, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher). On the first floor there is a double bedroom, with bathroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Outside, in the private garden, there is a small brick structure with a washing machine, for laundry use. Two uncovered parking spaces for exclusive use
