The oldest part of this property, a Roman watching tower dates back to the year 1000. The farmhouse is completely immersed in the countryside and is reachable through a small road, at about 1 Km from the main road. The nearest village, with bank, the post office and several shop, is Strada in Chianti, situated at about 6 Km distance. In about 10 Km is possible to reach Greve in Chianti, the famous town centre of the Chianti area. Many typical restaurants are spread in the near countryside.

The apartment is a semi detached house and develops on two floors: On the ground floor there is a spacious dining room with fireplace and exit to a panoramic terrace. From the hall you can access on the right to the large fully equipped kitchen with exit to the garden, while on the left you enter the living room with a second fireplace. Bathroom and closet. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, one single bedroom and two bathrooms. In the garden in common with the other two apartments there is a swimming pool 6x12x1,80 to be shared with the other tenants. It is accessible through the common part. Parking place in common.
