In a historic building in the heart of Florence, at few steps from Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinita, there are two studio apartments, carefully restored and furnished with taste. The characteristics of the historic building, such as the old exposed ceiling beams, stone details and the old fireplace, are set off by the modern and functional furnishing. The two studios have both a balcony overlooking an internal courtyard that give light and peace to the apartments. It is possible to rent the two apartments together for a larger group of guests, or two couples each wishing his own privacy, or to rent one unit alone. The apartments are situated on the third floor with elevator. The smaller, Terme 2, is composed by a large living room with TV, DVD player, stereo, double sofa bed, kitchenette (4 ring hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a balcony with a table. A loft with a sofa bed overlooks the living room. The apartment is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning. The apartment has Internet connection WIFI. The apartment is rented fully furnished and equipped.
