I'm Adriana Vermi and I was born in Milan. When I was very young I worked in Milan for 6 years in the Export field, constantly using my linguistic knowledges.
During my professional career, having studied Foreign Languages at the German School of Milan Istituto Giulia helped me a lot: German, English, French, Spanish.
In 1988 I moved to Florence, out of love for this city of art and I started working for a holiday home rental agency.
Given the growing interest in Tuscany on the part of foreign customers, and the lack of linguistic knowledge on the part of many Real Estate Agents, in 1997 I decided to get my own business by founding the Real Estate Agency: "TUSCAN FEELING".
I have continued to train in the Real Estate Sector constantly over the years, applying some Innovations, and thanks to the Entrepreneurial Tenacity that distinguishes me and the Futuristic Vision in our Profession, today, having overcome the fluctuating periods of the market, I manage a beautiful team that I have built over time , Transferring the "Know How" to my Team and ALWAYS keeping alive the passion for the Real Estate Sector and Human Relations with our Customers!
I'm Cecilia Cecconi and I was born in a small town near Florence.
I attended the Liceo Linguistico Internazionale in Florence,
where I studied English, German, French.
Over time I have deepened my knowledge of the Russian language and I started working in various touristic sectors and as a tourist guide in Chianti and in Florence.
The various types of experiences allowed me to master foreign languages, cultivate interpersonal relationships, acquire an excellent knowledge of the area and the tourist facilities that are offered. I have been working at Tuscan Feeling for several years, I really like the real estate sector, and the human relationships, getting to know different nationalities, identifying myself with their cultures and realities, trying to understand their needs, doing continuous training with foreign languages, helping them to find the right housing solutions according to their wishes.

I developed my Team Building skills from an early age in a large professional reality where I dealt with the logistics of the organization of international transport and marketing.
I then moved to Rome where I worked for 17 years in an international engineering, procurement and construction company in the oil & gas sector always in the international transport department, constantly using my linguistic knowledge and
developing excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills .
The real estate sector has always fascinated me, so I moved to live in Florence a few years ago and I took up a new challenge for my professional and personal training by accepting to work for Tuscan Feeling. I am currently Office Manager, I contribute with my Know How of Management skills so that the Agency works in a smooth and efficient way.
Through my linguistic knowledge I also deal with the internal technical bureaucracy, of translations and facilitate communication with foreign people who want to sell and buy properties in Florence.
I'm Elisabetta Siani, and I was born in Novara. I attended the technical institute and obtained a three-year degree at Polimoda in Florence.
I worked in the Fashion Design sector for about 20 years, both in Italy and abroad, consolidating knowledge in the Fashion-Marketing sector and in Foreign Languages.
After a period of inactivity dedicated to the family, I entered new professional sectors as Coordinator at a Representative Agency, with particular attention to the management of Accounting, Analysis of Revenue data, Promotional Events and Merchandising.
Today with Tuscan Feeling I had a new professional opportunity to work in a structured Real Estate Team, and to give my contribution to the management of Administration and Accounting, also taking advantage from my previous experience in Event Management.
I am Giuliano Pompili and I was born in Rome.
I attended the hotel institute and from there I acquired more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector. I have always loved traveling and engaging with different cultures and lifestyles. Among the destinations where I have lived and consolidated my professionalism I highlight Edinburgh, London and Barcelona.
Thanks to these years abroad I have managed not only to grow professionally, but also personally.
I have reached an advanced and fluent level of foreign languages, which allow me to interact, welcome and make tourists from all over the world feel at home, now that I live in Italy.
I arrived at Tuscan Feeling thanks to the desire to get back into the game in a completely different environment from what I was used to, but which having been on the other side leads me to deeply understand with Empathy, reliability and availability the different needs that distinguish each of you.
With the desire to reopen the short-term rental branch, my ultimate goal is to be a point of reference for all tourists here in Florence.

I have a law degree.
Despite my international background, with an English father and a Japanese mother and the many trips and stays abroad, I have always considered Florence
my true and only city, where I have lived since the age of four months!
Thanks to my experiences in many sectors (legal, banking, fashion, sports) and to studies in the legal field, I have developed an open mind which has allowed
me to analyze situations and problems from different perspectives.
Why did I decide to work in the real estate sector?
Well, I have always had to do with houses, from an early age: my father, who was passionate about houses, bought a building plot in Spain in the 1970s
on which he had a house entirely designed by him; as well as in Spain, I spent my summers in England, in a house that has always exerted a particular charm.
In Florence I still live in the house that saw me take my first steps!
For me, therefore, home is a treasure trove of emotions and memories and this is why, when I manage the sale of a property, I realize that a multitude of deep sensations come into play for both the seller and the buyer: detachment, sometimes painful, from the past, made up of memories and images on the one hand;
the beginning of a new life full of expectations and dreams on the other.
Having the honor of being at people's side and of being, albeit in a small way, a participant and witness of such an important moment in their life is an emotion

I'm Simone Sorrentino and I was born in Naples, I attended the Ettore Majorana high school in Rome, where I developed a great interest in the Humanities.
I worked for 6 years between Rome, London, Valencia and Amsterdam mainly in the field of luxury hotels.
Staying abroad allowed me to develop human relationships with people, acquire independence and resourcefulness, as well as a fluent use of the English language.
In 2019 I started working in the Real Estate field as a Freelance first in Rome, then in Florence, and Tuscan Feeling Agency had been recommended to me by Collegiate Real Estate Agents in Rome who knew the Professional characteristics of the Fiorentine Agency. When I settled in Florence, I got to know Tuscan Feeling concretely, which helped me find a stable rental, and in conjunction with the advent of the Pandemic emergency, I decided to start a new professional career with them.
In recent years, through targeted professionalizing courses, I have trained and specialized in credit mediation in the real estate sector.
I feel great satisfaction in dealing with customers by helping them find the best credit solution for them to buy their home. I am Ambitious, and set myself Professional Goals that I will reach step by step!
I am Tamas Lakatos and I was born in Hungary, in Budapest. After obtaining a degree in Management I moved to America where I lived for 6 years between Houston and Minneapolis. I worked as an assistant to the director in a Resort in Minnesota and I was in direct contact with people who deal with the sale, renovation and management of properties, following them in the various phases of their journey, this is where my passion for this sector was born.
What I learned during my years on the outside was invaluable; I learned to speak different languages, adapt to new environments, handle emergency situations and solve problems creatively. I discovered how important it is to be flexible, open and I developed a sense of empathy and tolerance that helped me better relate to the people I meet.
