Going up the stairs, on the first floor there are three large double bedrooms and a single bedroom used as a study with two panoramic windows overlooking the surrounding countryside, as well as a spacious windowed bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Finally, the stairs lead to the attic equipped with 3 spaces in the attic as storage rooms and boiler area.

Outside the property is surrounded by a spacious courtyard with an area for breakfast or dinner outdoors and a garden of 2000 square meters with an olive grove of 45 olive trees.

The property includes an underground garage of 50 sqm with a laundry room and a small bathroom with shower.

A rainwater collection system with cistern under the courtyard provides water for watering the garden.
