Ancient Lemon tree house inside the Pandolfini’s estate, transormed into a charming and bright apartment

Villa Limonaia is a lovely 12th century villa located at the Pandolfini Estate, obtained from the ancient Lemon tree house of the property. The estate extends on the hills around Signa, and is composed of a private forest, vineyards, and Olive groves. In the village of Signa, at just 3 Km distance,   there are all kind of shops.  The Lastra a Signa train station also is  just 700 metres from the estate and permits to reach Florence in 15/20 minutes.

The Lemon tree house of the property has been restored and transformed into a beautiful apartment. The 12m high ceilings, wooden beams, terracotta floors and large windows open onto a beautiful renaissance garden.  From the living room, wide windows open onto the very typical Italian style gardens with lemon trees, hedges and fountain. The apartment is very bright and quiet.

In the property there is a large in-ground swimming pool 12x6m set amongst the olive trees that is shared with the other guests.

The house develops all at ground floor, where is a wide living area, divided by arches between dining area and living area. A fully equipped kitchen completes the area. On the same floor there is a twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower. Some steps lead to the first floor where is the second double bedroom with private bathroom with bathtub.
