Not far away is situated the Duomo square and the famous restaurant and nice shops of via Ghibellina.

The apartment which is very quiet and furnished with care has independent heating and air conditioning. The owner, a Florentine artist, has redecorated this apartment with a very personal taste: the parquet of a poor wood has been hand restored with a pearl grey colour; the walls have been reinstated the original ornaments of last centuries and are emphasized with modern pictures painted by the owner; the panelled ceiling has been reinstated to the original form with a wise restoration that has created a long corridor to be seen from the living room up to the bedroom thanks to a particular architecture of the rooms.

The apartment is composed by: an entrance, living room with SAT TV and sofa bed, kitchen with 2 electric plates and 2 gas plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge; bathroom with shower with a washing and dryer machine and double room. In case of monthly rental the payment of water, electricity and gas will be required extra, upon consumption. It is also required one month rental as cautionary deposit.
