CASA ROSSA

Ancient rural house characterised by the red colour of the outside, as many typical old Tuscan houses. Overlooking the Arno Valley, the house is situated inside a prestigious property not far from Florence

Set on the hills overlooking the Arno Valley, Florence and the surrounding hills the farmhouse Casa Rossa has been restored to its original charms. The well kept fenced garden and a nice loggia offer complete privacy and peace, while a nice loggia gives the possibility of outdoor dining. The pool area (pool 10X4 m.) has lounges, umbrella and chairs to complete relax. The property is surrounded by forest where is nice and restoring to take walks. Private parking in the garden.

The house was restored with great care, using the old materials, such as wooden beams, terracotta floors and beautiful stone fireplace. The furniture completely respect the style of the house, using the simple and charming furniture typical of Tuscany.

The nearest village is Signa at 3 Km distance from the house, with many shops and the train, that connects to the centre of Florence, at about 5Km distance, in about 15-20 minutes. All the most famous Tuscan town, such as Pisa, Siena, Lucca are easily reachable in one hour driving.

The house is on two levels:

At ground floor there is an entrance, a well furnished kitchen, a living room with fireplace and TV, a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a bathroom with shower. A panoramic veranda with barbecue is at guests disposal. From the living room, a wooden stair leads to the first floor, where is one twin room, one connected single room, bath with tub.

From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a twin bedroom with service bathroom, a single passing bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
